Cookie notice
Last updated: 23 September 2026
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. This page explains which ones the Planet Numbers website uses.
The short version
We only use cookies that the website needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to track you across other websites. Because these cookies are essential, we do not need to ask for your consent to set them, but you can still block them in your browser.
Cookies we use
| Cookie | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSID | Keeps you logged in to your prepaid account while you check your balance, top up or change your registered numbers. | Deleted when you close your browser |
| wordpress_test_cookie, wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_* | Only set if you log in to the website’s admin area (our staff). Not set for customers. | Session, or up to 14 days |
PayPal
When you top up, you are taken to PayPal, which sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
Managing cookies
You can see, block and delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, you may not be able to log in to your account. The ICO explains how cookies work.
If this changes
If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting them.
For more about how we use your information, see our privacy notice.
