Calls to 0333 numbers cost the same as calls to 01 and 02 numbers and are usually included in your inclusive minutes.

Before you get in touch

• Many questions are answered in our help and FAQ.
• If a call didn’t connect, tell us the number you dialled, the time of the call and the phone you called from, so we can check the call record.
• Not happy with how we’ve dealt with something? Our complaints code explains what we’ll do.

Not for emergencies. Planet Numbers cannot connect emergency calls. In an emergency always dial 999 or 112 directly.
